Laser hair removal is a highly effective and proven way to remove and reduce unwanted hair from the face and the body.

The Eneka Pro diode laser is the most effective, safest and fastest way for permanent hair removal.

The Eneka Pro incorporates a skin contact cooling system to minimise discomfort and protect the skin to ensure a safe and virtually pain free treatment.

The Eneka Pro diode laser delivers pulses of light into the skin which are selectively absorbed in the melanin (dark pigment) that surrounds each hair follicle.

The heat is absorbed and conducted down the follicle. The follicle is heated to temperature which alters the cells structure (providing the hair is in the Anagen phase of growth. Please note the hair growth cycle varies on different parts of the body and due to hormonal changes, the number of treatments required can also vary from client to client) and destroys the root and germ cells to permanently remove the hair.

Generally, on most areas of the body we recommend 6-10 sessions to permanently reduce the hair but this can vary on each client.

This will also depend on your individual needs, including size of the area to be treated and the colour and thickness of the hair. With regards to the face, hair growth on this area is maybe stimulated by hormonal imbalances and other relating factors. In some cases, for no known reason the face may require further treatments.

We recommend that you leave 6-8 weeks in between for the body and 4-6 weeks in between for the face.

This is because the treatment is only effective in the Anagen phase of growth and when they are attached to the blood supply. The majority of the hair will be in the resting stage, meaning the hair isn’t attached to the follicle but is in fact still in the skin.

Therefore, by leaving each session for the recommended amount of time this will allow all hairs to be captured at the growth stage making the laser most effective in the desired area.

The cooling technology reduces any pain by up to 80% and as the laser energy is delivered into the skin, the surface is kept at a cool and comfortable 5 degrees. Most clients will experience a warm elastic band snap sensation throughout their treatments. The area may feel warm and tender so it’s advisable to use 100% Aloe Vera get for 48 hours after the treatment.

Unwanted hair can be removed from most parts of the body including legs, upper lip and chin, bikini, underarms, back etc. The only areas that cannot be treated are immediately around the eyes and mucous membrane, over tattoos and moles.

The Eneka Pro platform is designed to work on all skin and hair types. Offering two work modes, high fuences of energy and stacked pulse technology. Only white, grey and red hairs do not respond to laser treatment as they have no melanin.

The device includes innovative technology that achieves excellent results for permanent reduction of hair and adapts to conditions and needs of each person. Hair removal with the Eneka Pro Diode Laser permanently eliminates the active follies in each session. However, please be aware that any hormonal changes you experience in the future may result in new growth, and you may need further treatment.

This varies depending on the size of the area to be treated. The large treatment spot size of the Eneka Pro Diode Laser makes it one of the fastest laser treatments available. For example, full legs can be treated in as little as 10 minutes, an upper lip can take less than one minute.

There are very minimal risks with the Eneka Pro laser hair removal treatment. The Eneka Pro technology has built in safety mechanisms to customise each treatment ensuring safety on all skin types. Reactions can include redness of the treated area, and tiny bumps around the treated area which can last for between a few hours and a few days before healing. 

For lighter hair types for example: white, blonde, red or grey we find the treatment won’t be effective as there is no melanin, meaning that no heat will be absorbed so there is no destruction of the follicle.

You can not have laser hair removal whilst pregnant. This is because the treatment is hormone related, meaning you would need to wait at least 3 months post pregnancy to allow for your hormones to regulate. It is also not recommended to have laser hair removal treatment whilst breastfeeding.

You must be 18+ for laser hair removal treatment.

It is advisable not to use sun-beds or to be exposed for 3 weeks before and 3 weeks after your laser hair removal treatment.

This is because after your treatment, your skin will be sensitive and will need time to heal. Excessive exposure to UV rays at this time risks damage to your skin, so its highly advisable to avoid sunbathing and tanning beds.

We always recommend wearing a SPF factor 50+ during your laser treatment.
